We are your local NHS stop smoking service and we want our clinics to be as accessible as possible. That's why we are delighted to announce our new clinic at Costa Coffee, Crystal Peaks!
Costa Coffee has kindly agreed to open it's doors to our Sheffield quit team, and we are offering 12 week courses, free of charge, to ANYONE wanting to stop smoking. Located at the Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre these courses are friendly, informative and proven to work. Our quit advisors can help with stop smoking prescription medication, craving techniques and healthy lifestyle advice. Carbon monoxide readings can be taken to show just how well you are doing without the harmful effects of tobacco in your body.
Our advisor is called Arlene and here she is, with Sharni, the Costa manager at Crystal Peaks.
