As you may have discussed with your General Practitoner or Smoke Free Advisor, this full starter kit has been provided to you by an e-voucher to aid you in your journey of stopping smoking.

As we understand you may have some difficulties in reaching one of our many stores across the city in-person due to mobility reasons, we have created this small kit setup and basic device overview guide of your new Aspire Flexus Q kit to assist you in the initial setup and operation of your kit.

Over the course of the next few pages, we will walk you through the basic steps to set up and operate your new device.

If at any point you encounter any difficulties with setting up your new Flexus Q kit, you are very welcome call us at any time between our office hours of 9AM – 5PM (Mon. – Fri.) on 0114 2508908 (Local Rate) and press “Option 2” on your telephone keypad when prompted to speak to our Technical Support team who will be very happy to assist you.
